We are ISSA certified elite level trainers with specialty certifications in nutrition and fitness. These qualifications ensure we have the knowledge and skill to provide sound guidance in nutrition and weight training.
We also live a life "outside the gym" and manage the same day to day and life pressures that most people struggle with while trying to live a healthier lifestyle. These experiences allow us to develop a deeper connection to you as a person, better understand your needs and obstacles, and provide practical guidance that keeps you pointed towards success.
We provide nutrition and weight training guidance. Our offerings range from one time purchase products to ongoing services designed specifically for you. Our wide range of offerings allows you to choose the offering that meets your needs and preferences while keeping your costs as low as possible.
Our nutrition services are offered in a tiered approach and start with a nutrition guide that you can purchase for a one-time cost and use to improve your nutrition habits. If followed, this guide will likely be all you need to guide you towards a lean and healthy body. Some people need a little extra help and that’s ok, we all do at times. Our next tier also includes a meal plan (and shopping list) tailored towards your body and goals that will provide exactly what to eat each meal and day to ensure you stay on track. Our highest tier includes ongoing assessment, counseling and guidance to further refine your nutrition based on your lifestyle and overcome those obstacles that are keeping you from reaching your goals.
Our weight training services are also offered in a tiered approach and focused on your preference of toning, strength or body building. We start with a whole-body weight training program you can purchase for a one-time cost and use to target your major muscles. If followed, this program will add tone, strength and size to your legs, arms, chest and back. If you have a desire to further develop a particular muscle group, our next tier provides an advanced weight training program specifically targeted towards the muscle group of your choice. Our highest tier includes ongoing assessment, counseling, and guidance to maximize your results.
We use science-based strategies that are backed by trusted sources such as the International Sports Sciences Association, Food and Drug Administration, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and academic research. We don't use or recommend food, water or supplement manipulation for quick results; our goal is to help you make sustainable changes for a healthier lifestyle.
